About the Application
The initiative for designing the Android Application for Public Grievance Redressal was taken for having an efficient public complaints redressal mechanism. In Modern Day’s Municipal Administration, it is very important to have feedback from its citizens. Therefore, alongwith grievance registering, a feedback mechanism has also been developed through this Application.
In this application the citizens can register their complaints and problems pertaining to Cantonment Board Amritsar. They can also give their feedback and suggestions using the application. Live status of their complaint is also shown through the Application.
इस एप्लीकेशन के माध्यम से आप “अमृतसर छावनी परिषद्” के अन्तर्गत अपनी शिकायत या समस्या दर्ज कर सकते है और उनकी वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी भी प्राप्त कर सकते है।
The citizens can post their complaints at any time i.e. this application works 24X7.

Details of guest house
The Board maintains a well furnished guest house with two rooms. One room is of VIP category and second room is of VVIP category. A caretaker has been appointed for maintenance of the guest house.
