Indian Army SCC Technical Requirement 2022 – Apply 191 Vacancy Available at joinindianarmy.nic.in.

According to the official notification, the courses will start in the month of October at Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Indian Army has posted a recruitment notification for inviting candidates for short service commission (SSC) posts. All the candidates who are interested, unmarried male and female can apply online through the official website of the Indian Army at joinindianarmy.nic.in.

All the candidates should apply for the SSC post before 6 April 2020 to till 3 p.m.

Indian Army SSC technical 2022 – Applying Process

  • Navigate to the Indian army official website nic.in
  • On the home page navigate to “Officer Entry Apply/Login” and click on “Registration”
  • Provide information details on the portal and then select “Apply Online” portal in the dashboard
  • Now “Apply” button visible against SSC technical courses. Fill all the details for SSC technical course application form and tap on the submit button.

Education Qualification

  • All the candidates who have engineering course degree or they are in a final year of engineering can apply for this post, for more details please refer to the official notification on the website.
  • All the candidate must note that only the engineering streams and their equivalent streams will be accepted. Candidates with the degree in any other engineering streams are not eligible to apply, read the official notification.

  • During this recruitment drive, Indian Army wants to fill of 191 vacancies in total, which divides into:
    • 14 for SSCW (Tech) Women.
    • 2 for Widows of Defence Personnel.
    • 175 vacancies are for SSC (Tech) Men.

Age Limit

  • All the candidates must be minimum of 20 years to maximum of 27 years as on 1 October 2022.
  • Age relaxation: Granted by the Indian Army to the widows of Indian armed force defence personnel who died in harness.
